I purchased this rack to hang in my front entryway, which doesn't allow much space for this sort of thing. Unfortunately, most coat racks are either much longer or much lower quality than I could/wanted to use. This little gem, however, fits nicely in my entry. Also, most racks of this length only have two or three hooks, while this one has four.When I received it at my doorstep, the wood stain was still just the tiniest bit tacky from being freshly applied (certainly not enough to cause any alarm, I found it impressive that my order felt a bit more "custom made"). Both the wood and the hooks are very sturdy material that looks wonderful and I expect to last for years.
