I would say it is true to the pictures and description. I have only had it for a couple of days, but it seems pretty sturdy for engineered wood. It turns easily and smoothly.Everything seems to fit in it just fine, but I don't have a lot of jewelry. It might be kind of small if you have a lot of jewelry.Putting it together was fairly simple. While I set it up myself, the instructions recommend two people. Two people would have definitely made it quicker.Overall, I'm happy with the look and multiple functionality it provides.
